Who we are
At LB Designs, we believe exceptional homes begin with spatial engineering—the thoughtful integration of architecture, function, and design to create spaces that truly enhance the way people live. As an award-winning interior architecture and design firm with 25 years of experience, we collaborate with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and architects on remodels, renovations, and new construction throughout the Southeast. From kitchens and baths to whole-home transformations, we help clients make confident decisions that maximize the beauty, functionality, and value of their homes. Based on Saint Simons Island, our passion is creating timeless spaces that reflect the people who live in them. Great homes don’t happen by accident—they’re engineered by design.
