This coastal renovation was designed to bring a sense of calm, clarity, and livable luxury to a primary residence in the Golden Isles. The goal was not just to update finishes, but to reimagine how the home feels—light-filled, intentional, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
Throughout the home, we focused on a restrained material palette—warm wood tones, soft neutrals, and subtle texture—allowing each space to feel cohesive while still serving its own purpose. Natural light plays a central role, enhanced by thoughtful spatial planning and carefully edited detailing.
Kitchen
The kitchen anchors the home with a balance of simplicity and presence. A furniture-style island introduces warmth and approachability, while integrated appliances and clean-lined cabinetry keep the space visually quiet. Layered lighting and natural textures create a setting that feels equally suited for everyday living and entertaining.
Bar
The bar was designed as a moment of contrast and sophistication. Rich cabinetry, metal accents, and reflective surfaces give the space depth, while maintaining alignment with the overall palette. It serves as a functional focal point—both a destination for entertaining and a seamless extension of the adjacent living areas.
Primary Bath
In the primary bath, the emphasis shifts to relaxation and restraint. Soft materials, warm finishes, and minimal visual clutter create a spa-like environment. Every detail was considered to support a sense of calm—from the lighting to the material transitions—resulting in a space that feels restorative without being overly designed.
Study
The study provides a quieter, more intimate experience within the home. Designed for focus and comfort, it balances function with warmth through tailored millwork, layered textures, and controlled lighting. It’s a space that supports both productivity and retreat.
Laundry
A thoughtfully designed laundry space that blends function with warmth. Soft sage cabinetry, natural wood surfaces, and tailored storage details create an environment that feels calm, organized, and effortlessly refined.
Overall Vision
This project reflects our approach to coastal design—elevated but not overdone, refined but still livable. Every decision was made to support how the homeowners move through their daily life, creating spaces that feel effortless, timeless, and distinctly personal.
